How the counts work
Dated records (code cases, permits, evictions) count the last 30 days. Standing lists (absentee owners, tax rolls, registries) count everything on the list. Both use the filters Deal Radar uses, so the numbers match what you would see in the app.
Straight from the portal
Each count is a query to the city's or county's own open-data portal, linked on the market page.
Nothing personal
Public pages show counts, dates and hundred blocks. Owner names, house numbers, amounts and case numbers stay out.
Only real feeds
A market appears here only once a live feed works. Not listed? Find your county's records, or upload your lists.
