Where Ylopo is stronger
- It works your whole database: Ylopo's pages describe calling new leads, re-engaged past leads and older CRM contacts. Parcel's AI Caller never calls a number you imported or typed in.
- Persistence: it keeps calling a lead for up to 90 days. Parcel calls back once someone asks, within daily and weekly attempt caps.
- AI texting alongside the calls, where Parcel sends no text messages at all.
- Live transfer while the lead is on the line, if you'd rather talk to them right away than have a time booked.
Where Parcel is different
- It answers the calls you already get. Calls to your AI Caller number from sign riders, your website and ads are answered as they come in, while you're at a showing.
- It books the appointment itself, from your own calendar's free times, and emails you a summary of every call.
- It says it's an AI, and calls only people who asked. The first sentence is fixed text, and outbound calls go only to people who agreed on your seller page or on a recorded call (FCC 24-17).
- A price on the page. AI Caller is $99 a month with 200 minutes as a hard cap, month to month. It is in early access and can't be bought until its phone line goes live.
Which to choose
Choose Ylopo if
- You have a large database of older leads and want an AI to call through it.
- You want AI texting and AI calling from one vendor.
- You'd rather take a live transfer than find a booked appointment on your calendar.
Choose Parcel if
- You mostly need the calls you already get answered: sign riders, your website, ads, while you're at a showing.
- You want a published price, month to month, without a demo call first.
- You want the AI to book the time itself and say it's an AI in its first sentence.
- You don't use a CRM, or you're fine importing a CSV into yours.
AI Caller is in early access until Parcel connects its voice provider.
Using both
They do different jobs, so some agents could use both: Ylopo to work leads already in your database, Parcel to answer the calls to your own number and book them. If you do, keep each number's callers in one place so nobody gets called twice.
Whatever you pick, an AI voice may only call people who agreed to calls from your business (47 CFR 64.1200). Is AI cold calling legal?
