Every outbound AI call passes one gate that customers can't switch off. These are safeguards, not legal advice. Read the rules they follow.

Consent for this number

Written on your seller page, or a clear yes to a word-for-word question on a recorded call. Imported and looked-up numbers never qualify.

Legal hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 to 8 in every time zone the number and property could be in. No Sundays or federal holidays.

Caps

At most 3 attempts a day, 6 a week and 10 a month per person, and never more than 2 AI calls at once per workspace.

Do-not-call

Your do-not-call list blocks the number on every channel, and Connecticut numbers need written consent, or a callback they asked for within the last 90 days, for any sales call.

Disclosed

AI assistant, your business, the recording and how to stop, in the opening line the model can't change.

Fair housing

It never asks about family, health, religion or origin, and never comments on who lives in a neighborhood.

Frequently asked questions

No. It answers calls to your number and calls back only sellers who asked for a call on your seller page and checked the consent box, or said yes to a word-for-word consent question on a recorded call. Imported, Deal Radar and looked-up numbers can never be called by the AI.

Because the law says so. The FCC ruled in 2024 (FCC 24-17) that AI voices are artificial voices under the TCPA, and marketing calls with one need the person's prior express written consent naming your business. Answering inbound calls with AI is a different case, and it's allowed.

It opens by saying it's an AI assistant calling for your business, how to stop the calls (say stop calling or press 9) and that the call is recorded, then why it's calling. It asks your qualifying questions one at a time, never quotes a price, makes an offer or claims to be a person, and offers you when the seller asks for a human.

The number goes on your do-not-call list and the consent is revoked at once, across calls and email. The same happens for keypad 9, an email reply or the opt-out page. Do-not-call requests are kept for at least five years.

200 AI minutes a month and one local number. The minutes are a hard cap for now: calls stop when they're used up, and you're never billed for overage.
