Markets and feeds

Each market lists the places its records come from, the signals they carry, and a link to the public dataset itself.

Paused until the publisher refreshes or fixes the data: Cook County suburban fire damage (burnout) permits on homes (Cook County, IL), Cook County suburban residential wrecking permits (Cook County, IL), Kansas City MO open property maintenance violations (Kansas City, MO), Cincinnati vacant and foreclosed property registrations (Cincinnati, OH), Las Vegas open building, hazard and nuisance code cases (Las Vegas, NV), Prince George's County foreclosure registrations (Prince George's County, MD), and NYC tax lien sale list (New York City, NY). A feed that stops updating, or stops publishing street addresses, is taken out rather than shown stale or empty.

Live counts by market are on the market pages. They show totals only, never owners or addresses.

What isn't covered

So you know before you pay for anything.

  • Other counties

Live feeds exist only where a city or county publishes the records in an open-data portal we have checked. Anywhere else, upload a list from a list vendor or the court clerk as a CSV: it is merged per property and scored the same way.

  • Court filings about people

Probate, divorce and bankruptcy filings are not pulled automatically. Several states restrict bulk use of court records, so these come in only by upload, and outreach never mentions them.

  • Owner names

Many public feeds carry the property but not the owner (the LA County assessor roll, for example, publishes no names or mailing addresses). The feed list below says what each one has.

  • Listings

Expired listings and FSBOs come from the MLS and listing sites, not public records, so they are upload-only too.

Request my county

Tell us where you farm or buy. Requests help us choose which counties to add next; we check what each county publishes before adding a feed.

We use your email to answer this request. If you came from an ad in ChatGPT, a one-way hash of it goes to OpenAI to measure that ad. Privacy policy
