At a glance
Where Fello is stronger
- It knows your database. Fello's pages describe adding more than 100 property and mortgage data points to each contact every day.
- Felix calls, texts and emails your existing contacts. Parcel's AI never calls a number you imported.
- Postcards and landing pages come with it. Parcel doesn't print or mail anything.
- It plugs into Follow Up Boss directly.
Where Parcel is different
- It answers the calls you already get. Calls to your AI Caller number from sign riders, your website and ads are answered as they come in, while you're at a showing.
- It books the appointment itself, from your own calendar's free times, and emails you a summary of every call.
- It says it's an AI, and calls only people who asked. The first sentence is fixed text, and outbound calls go only to people who agreed on your seller page or on a recorded call (FCC 24-17).
- A price on the page. AI Caller is $99 a month with 200 minutes as a hard cap, month to month. It is in early access and can't be bought until its phone line goes live.
Which to choose
Choose Fello if
- You run a team with thousands of past clients and leads in a CRM.
- You want an AI to call and text those contacts for you.
- A sales call and an onboarding fee are fine for you.
Choose Parcel if
- You don't have a big database, or you want sellers who aren't in it yet.
- You want to try it yourself today, without a demo call.
- You want published prices, month to month, starting free.
- You want the calls to your own number answered and booked.
AI Caller is in early access until Parcel connects its voice provider.
Using both
They do different jobs. Fello keeps working the people you already know. Parcel finds owners you don't know yet and writes the first note. Some agents could run both.
Whatever you pick, an AI voice may only call people who agreed to calls from your business (47 CFR 64.1200). Is AI cold calling legal?
