The public feeds
Ada County ID homes without a homeowner's exemptionAda County, ID
Residential parcels in Ada County (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna) that carry no Idaho homeowner's exemption, so the owner does not live there: rentals, second homes and investor-held houses (about 42,800). City of Boise's copy of the county parcel layer, refreshed daily (last edit 2026-11-01). No owner names or mailing addresses, and some vacant residential lots slip in.
What isn't here
- Owner names, mailing addresses and phone numbers. Public pages show counts only; phones never come from these feeds.
- Probate and divorce filings. They sit with the courts and several states restrict them; inside Parcel they come in by upload.
- Records a city or county doesn't publish as open data. If yours has a feed we've missed, tell us and we'll check it.
