What each signal means
Long-time owners
Owned for decades. Lots of equity, and often a life change coming.
Usually from: Last sale date on the deed. Weight in Deal Radar's score: 6, doesn't fade.
The public feeds
Spokane County homes with no recorded sale since 2002Spokane County, WA
Single-family homes and 2-4 unit buildings in Spokane County whose last recorded deed in the assessor's SCOUT system is from 2002 or earlier (about 6,200), with the owner name. The county's electronic sale history starts around 2000, so owners whose last deed predates it (no sale on file, about 36,000 more) are left out rather than guessed at. Sales are posted within days (newest 2026-10-29). Owner mailing addresses are not in this layer.
What isn't here
- Owner names, mailing addresses and phone numbers. Public pages show counts only; phones never come from these feeds.
- Probate and divorce filings. They sit with the courts and several states restrict them; inside Parcel they come in by upload.
- Records a city or county doesn't publish as open data. If yours has a feed we've missed, tell us and we'll check it.
