The public feeds
Bluefield WV tax sale parcelsBluefield, WV (Mercer County)
Parcels inside Bluefield city limits that went to the 2026 Mercer County delinquent tax sale and were not redeemed (about 110: 67 drew no bid, 41 were sold to a lien buyer), from the city's tracking layer (edited 2026-09-04). Owners of sold tax certificates can still redeem before the deed issues, which makes them motivated sellers; no-bid parcels go to the state. Many rows are lots with only a street name (no house number); those are skipped.
What isn't here
- Owner names, mailing addresses and phone numbers. Public pages show counts only; phones never come from these feeds.
- Probate and divorce filings. They sit with the courts and several states restrict them; inside Parcel they come in by upload.
- Records a city or county doesn't publish as open data. If yours has a feed we've missed, tell us and we'll check it.
