Why people look for a BatchLeads alternative
Most BatchLeads users are happy: it had 4.5 on Trustpilot from 1,359 reviews on October 30, 2026. The complaints in recent reviews cluster around contact data that doesn't connect, paying extra for skip tracing, and support. The other reasons are about fit:
- They want AI that answers sellers or books appointments. BatchLeads' Dialer AI ($89) prompts a human caller; its pages don't describe an AI that places calls itself.
- They want a full investor CRM with dialer, texting and mail in one place.
- They want fresh local signals (new code cases, tax defaults) rather than list filters.
- They work one market and don't need 10,000 leads a month.
The alternatives at a glance
Each one, briefly
PropStream: the closest like-for-like swap
Nationwide lists and comps. Essentials is $99 a month ($81 billed annually); skip tracing is 12¢ per contact on Essentials. Calling is click-to-dial or Dialer Campaigns with a person. Parcel vs PropStream.
DealMachine: data for your own tools and AI
$99 per user a month for 10,000 credits, where a credit is one contact reveal or export. It has AI Chat, an AI Agents API and an MCP server with Claude and ChatGPT connections. No dialer or texting is advertised. Parcel vs DealMachine.
PropertyRadar: multi-state data with appends included
Solo is $119 a month ($99 annual) with 250 phone and email appends and 250 email sends; the dialer is $59 to $149 extra and texting $49 per 2,000. Parcel vs PropertyRadar.
REsimpli: the full CRM
Solo is $299 a month or $249 billed annually, with a dialer, texting, list builder and skip-trace credits. AI voice agents cost $399 a month each plus $0.50 per AI minute. Parcel vs REsimpli.
Privy: comps first
One market for $97 a month ($78 annual): comps and deal discovery, with no calling or outreach. A good partner to a list tool, not a replacement.
REI BlackBook and REI Reply: CRMs with calling included
REI BlackBook Solo is $149 a month with 500 minutes and texting; its AI Power Pack and ListHQ AI Suite are $199 each. REI Reply is $99 a month plus Twilio usage and includes an AI contact center for inbound and outbound calls; its FAQ says it offers no refunds.
Goliath: done-for-you AI at team prices
Plans start at $1,499 a month, with AI voice and texting credits that apply only to opted-in contacts.
Parcel: signals, email and the workflow after the reply
Deal Radar ($79) reads public records in 121 markets and scores every property; Email Outreach ($49) sends capped first emails from your own mailbox; Acquisition ($189) adds AI Caller, which answers sellers who call and calls back only those who asked, plus booking, a pipeline and a buyers list. AI Caller is in early access until Parcel connects its voice provider. It won't match BatchLeads on list volume. Parcel vs BatchLeads.
When BatchLeads is still the better pick
- You need thousands of owner phones and emails a month across many markets: 10,000 leads with contacts for $119 is hard to beat.
- Your team calls and texts all day and has the opt-ins and registrations texting needs.
- You want an AI assistant that coaches you during live calls (Dialer AI).
Whatever you choose, AI voices may call only people who agreed in writing (FCC 24-17). Lists from any of these tools are for mail, email and human calls after a Do-Not-Call scrub.
