The pieces, re-priced
What it costs a month
Vapi's own calculator puts 1,000 minutes at $82 to $129 all-in on Vapi telephony (hosting, speech-to-text, the language model and the voice), or about $0.082 to $0.129 a minute.

Federal Trade CommissionWhat the stack leaves out
- Do-Not-Call access. Fiscal 2027 fees run $85 per area code after the first five free, up to $23,425 (FTC). Each caller needs its own subscription.
- Consent capture and storage. Nothing in the stack shows a seller a consent checkbox, saves what they agreed to, or stops the AI from calling numbers without it.
- Calling hours and caps. Federal law allows 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the called person's time zone; Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland stop at 8 p.m. and cap calls at three per 24 hours. You would build that check yourself.
- Recording notice. California needs everyone's consent to record a cell-phone call (Penal Code 632.7).
- Someone to build and maintain it. The Vapi agent, the Make scenarios and the Sheets columns are yours to keep running.
The consent gap
The plan is to have Vapi's AI voice call the numbers BatchLeads provides. Since February 2024 an AI voice is an “artificial voice” under the TCPA (FCC 24-17), and a marketing call with one needs the person's prior express written consent to calls from your business (47 CFR 64.1200(a)(2)-(3)). List numbers don't come with that consent. Each call without it can cost $500, or $1,500 if willful (47 U.S.C. 227(b)(3)).
The stack works lawfully only if the AI answers inbound calls and calls back people who asked and agreed. That is a different build: a form with the right consent wording, a record of it, and a gate in front of every dial. The rules in full.
One plan instead
At 200 AI minutes that is about $6 to $16 a month less, in one login.
AI Caller is in early access, and Acquisition opens when it does: neither can be bought until Parcel connects its voice provider. Today, Deal Sourcing ($99/mo) covers the seller signals and your own lists, email outreach, the deal analyzer, the pipeline, booking and cash buyers. Request access to hear when AI Caller opens.
When the stack is better
- You need BatchLeads' list volume anywhere in the US. Parcel's feeds cover specific markets.
- You need more than 200 AI minutes a month today.
- You want full control of the voice agent: your own prompt, model, voice and integrations.
- You already collect written consent on your own forms and only need the plumbing.
A middle path
Keep BatchLeads for list volume, mail and human calls, and use Parcel Acquisition for the seller page, AI answering and consented callbacks, booking and buyers: $308 a month for both. Until AI Caller opens, Parcel Deal Sourcing with BatchLeads is $218 a month, and you answer and call back sellers yourself.
