Fello alternatives for solo agents at a glance
If you want to stay in touch with past clients
Homebot: the low-cost monthly digest
Solo is $50 a month plus a one-time $50 setup fee, with room for 250 clients and no lender co-sponsor. With a lender co-sponsor it's $25 a month. Clients get a digest of their home's value and their selling potential. It won't call or text anyone for you.
myhomeIQ: free to start
The Solo agent account is free for 500 homeowners, with manual reports and trackers for potential listings and lost deals. Automated reports come with the free Connected account, which links you to a loan officer.
RealScout: more nurture, more money
Core is $179 a month, or $149 on a 12-month term, for one license and 500 nurtured contacts, with more at $9.99 a month per 500. You get automatic email, home value reports and listing alerts, so it also suits agents who work buyers.
Cloud CMA with Homebeat: if your CMAs come first
Cloud CMA builds branded CMA reports and Homebeat sends past clients automated home value updates. The pages we could read show no price, so check the checkout page or ask Lone Wolf.
If you want to spot who in your database may move
Revaluate: the closest to Fello's scoring
Revaluate uses predictive data to name the CRM contacts most likely to move in the next 6 to 12 months. It shows no public price and starts with a demo, so ask about database minimums before you book.
HouseCanary: valuations with a list signal
The agent plans start at $19 a month with two CMA reports (then $5 each) and propensity-to-list lookups; Pro is $79 a month with unlimited CMAs. You need a state license and a brokerage or MLS affiliation to sign up. It looks up homes; it won't run your follow-up.
If your database is small and you need owners you don't know
Nurture tools only work on people you already have. A newer solo agent with 200 contacts may get more from finding new owners, and that's a different kind of tool.
PropertyRadar: search every owner by criteria
Solo is $119 a month, or $99 prepaid annually, with 250 phones and emails and 10,000 exports a month. It filters owners and properties on more than 300 criteria. The free trial runs 5 days and asks for a card. Parcel vs PropertyRadar.
Parcel real estate: seller signals from public records
Deal Radar ($79 a month) reads public records such as code violations and tax defaults in 121 markets and scores each property from 0 to 100. Email Outreach ($49 a month) sends capped first emails from your own mailbox. It doesn't send home value digests or postcards, and it has no published customer results yet, so it won't replace a nurture tool. Parcel vs Fello.
When Fello is still the better pick
- You already have thousands of past clients and leads in a CRM, so 3,000 contacts is the right size.
- You want an AI teammate to call, text and email those contacts for you (Felix, priced by sales).
- You want postcards and landing pages in the same product, and it plugs into Follow Up Boss directly.
